Gretchen is a native of Fort Collins, Colorado, but has been in Lawrence since 1987.
She graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with her Bachelor of Science
degree in Dental Hygiene and has been a practicing dental hygienist for 29 years.
Gretchen was a part-time faculty member at Louisiana State University and is a
member of the American Dental Hygiene Association. Her hobbies include hiking in
Colorado, cooking, reading, traveling, and watching her three children in their
activities.
Lisa is a Lawrence native. She graduated with honors from Johnson County Community
College with an Associate of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been
practicing dental hygiene for 20 years, all at our office. Lisa and her husband Kevin
have two daughters. They enjoy boating and spending their summers at the lake.
Laurie joined our practice soon after graduating from Johnson County Community
College in 1994 with an Associate of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. Laurie finds
great satisfaction in working, particularly in Periodontics and helping patients achieve
good oral health. Laurie has lived in Lawrence since 1980 with her husband and two
almost adult sons. Her hobbies include exercise, gardening, track and field officiating,
and volunteering in the community. Laurie wants you to know that she is here to help
you through your dental fears.
Kristie is a 1992 Johnson County Community College graduate and has been a
registered dental hygienist in our office for the past 15 years. Kristie and her husband
Dan have two daughters. Her hobbies include watching the girls sporting events,
gardening, 4-H, and helping Dan with their cow/calf business.
Amie grew up in a small town north of Lawrence and has lived in the area all her life.
She graduated from Johnson County Community College with her Associate of Science
degree in Dental Hygiene in 1989. She is a past officer and member of the Douglas
County Dental Hygiene Association. Amie resides in rural Jefferson County with her
husband and daughter. Amie enjoys being involved with school and church activities
that include her daughter as well as gardening [both flowers and vegetables]. Don’t
be surprised if you see her face out and about as she has an identical twin sister!

Brandi Bertrand spent her childhood in Sharon Springs, Kansas.  Prior to Dental Hygiene
school, she graduated from Fort Hays State University located in Fort Hays, Kansas.
Brandi enjoys numerous outdoor activities, playing and watching sports, as well as
traveling back to Western Kansas to spend time with her family.  Brandi is impressed
with Lawrence and how inviting the community has been to her.  She is committed to
helping patience with their dental needs.
